Q: What does "faith in the blood" mean"?

A: Romans 3:24-25 24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: 25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;

Without the blood there would be no atonement – no forgiveness of sin, no redemption, no justification. There would be no salvation. Jesus died for our forgiveness. But there’s a caveat – he didn’t just die, he didn’t fall asleep and not wake up, he didn’t have a heart attack or something like that. He died  a horrible, bloody death, he was buried and 3 days later he was resurrected.

It’s important to recognize that without the blood, there would be no atonement, no remission of sin.

We who have faith in the blood will receive atonement for our sins, we will be forgiven, redeemed and justified. Salvation comes by the grace of God through faith in the blood of Jesus. We believe the blood to be the object of our faith, Jesus to be the who of our faith, his bloody death, burial and resurrection to be the what of our faith.

Q: When I was 9 years old I recited the Sinner's Prayer. I've gone my whole life since then thinking I was saved but I don't feel a connection the Lord. Am I saved?

A: The Sinner’s Prayer doesn’t save, neither does water baptism.

Like us, you may have grown up hearing that by “asking Jesus into your heart”, “begging God for forgiveness” or “saying the sinner’s prayer,” or if you “confess with you mouth” or if you are baptized by water you’ll be cleansed and saved.

But this simply isn’t true.

The only way to salvation is through the blood. Without the shedding of Jesus’ blood there would be no atonement, no remission of sin, no washing, no cleansing.

There are a lot of people preaching a “false gospel”, a bloodless gospel. We invite you to do your own research on everything we’re telling you. Some excellent fact-checking resources are the King James bible, Robert Breaker, Cody Zorn and Charles Lawson. We warn you against false churches such as Bethel and false preachers such as Joel Osteen (and his wife). In our warning we’re not trying to be ugly or speak poorly of anyone, we’re simply speaking truth.

Q: What's the difference between the King James version of the bible and other versions?

A: This is actually a really deep and potentially very sensitive question.

  • The King James Bible was translated and first produced in 1611, since then, there have been NO revisions, other than the standardization of spelling and punctuation, compared to what are referred to as “modern translations’, some of which have multiple versions and re-visions.
  • The KJV was translated from the Masoretic Text (Old Testament) and the Textus Receptus (New Testament) while modern translations come from the Alexandrian Text which is comes from the Codex Vaticanus, and the Codex Sinaiticus.
  • The King James Bible is the authority, and word-for-word transcription of God’s inspired Word whereas many of the new or “modern translations” are moving away from the premise of the bible being God’s inspired Word. In fact, a lot of them are removing the deity of the Lord altogether.
  • Maybe you’re reading another translation because it’s “easier to read and understand”. Did you know that in most of the “easier to read and understand” version, just the seemingly slightest change in text or grammar can give the verse an entirely different context, meaning or message?
  • And that the “easier to read and understand” versions have completely removed text, entire verses – as well as the deity of Christ?
